You Don't Need To Spend Hours Upon Hours In A Gym To Get A Great Body. Let Me Show You How Your Muscles Work, How To Make Your Muscles Grow, How To Turn Fat Into Muscle, And So Much More...
I've transformed literally HUNDREDS of skinny, small, scrawny, chubby, fat, young, old guys into muscular men whom no one will EVER second guess.
Dear Friend,
Do you ever wish you had a better figure with muscles in all the right places, wearing clothing that made you look really good, maybe a little less weight, maybe a little more, always smiling, always getting attention from the opposite sex, always confident?
That people would look at you and SMILE.
Before you read any further, please take a look at my picture on the left. What you see is a young man who at one time could not lift a 20 lb dumb bell, with both hands.
My name is James Hall and I am a professional personal trainer.
I have worked with:
professional weight lifters
middle aged men
postnatal women
single
married
divorced
chubby
fat
big boned
young
old
skinny
guys in their 20s
guys in their 30s
guys in their 40s
guys in their 50s
guys in their 60s
you name it.
If you're skinny, fat, young, or old and would like to put on some muscles whether it means putting on some weight or losing some weight then keep reading. I guarantee my system and I've got results to prove it.
Trust me, once you lose, or gain, the weight, you will feel great, you will look great, and the world definitely assume better things about you!
Here's My Own True Story That I'll Never Forget
It all started 13 years ago when I was in my last year of high school. When my gym teacher asked me to do a bench press...
Tentatively, I stepped forward, cautiously eased down onto the weight bench and looked around...
What I saw has been forever seared into my mind: 45 much bigger, much stronger guys, guys who could all beat me into next week if they wanted, watching ¡ waiting. Waiting for me to fail. I knew, then and there, that nothing I did during the next few moments would make a difference. I was already doomed. If I tried to lift the bar, I'd fail and get laughed at. Then again, if I didn't try, I'd get laughed at. Either way, I would be laughed at. I just didn't know how many would laugh, or how obvious they would be when they did it.
The gym teacher looked expectantly at me, waiting for me to start. The room grew dead silent. Dozens of thoughts flooded my brain and the only sound in the room was the ticking of the clock on the wall. Oh, and the rat-a-tat-tat of my heart pounding in my chest. Maybe I could do this. A quick glance told me it was only 100 pounds balancing on both ends of that bar. Nevertheless, my fear mounted. If I couldn't lift this, it was over for me, and my life as a weakling would be permanently cemented in every jock's brain in the room, and then the story would spread through the entire school like wildfire. I took a deep breath and gathered my courage. Here goes. I lifted with all I had. And nothing happened.
Sweat dripped into my eyes, clouding my vision. Or were those tears? Growing more fearful, I tried again, and yet again. It was no use. I couldn't do it. My arms trembled, the veins in my neck felt like they were going to pop as I gave it one last Herculean try. Shaking like a piece of overcooked spaghetti, I let my arms drop, fingers grazing the ground as the muscles in my arms twitched with protest. I felt exhausted, both physically and mentally.
Despite my fear, no one laughed. When I dared to glance at the guys standing there, my heart dropped. It was even worse. Laughter would have been better than what happened next. Instead, they just looked at me with contempt. Contempt. The kind of contempt only those who have never experienced weakness or lack of confidence can feel. I was absolutely devastated.
That was the worst moment of my life.
At that moment I told myself... CHANGE! And I did.
I started off at 190 pounds. I'm now down to 175 pounds. My belly is almost gone. I'm down 4 jean sizes.
Jim, Los Angeles, California
If I had to rate your system on a scale of 1 to 10. I'd give it a 10 right now. I've put on 18 pounds [of muscle] in 3 months. Do you know how long I've been trying to put on 10 pounds? For years! Thank you!
Kevin, Ohio
I've been spending more than $300.00 a month on supplements, protein shakes, and other diets. I got your ebook and voila. Your nutritional chapter was just what I needed. I've cut out redundant supplements, I know what my body needs, and it's been going great. You're saving me more than $200.00 a month. A MONTH. Thanks James!
Richard, New York.
I started following your EveryMuscle course in June and when I went back to school in September my girl friend did not recognize me. My arms got twice as big.
Matt, Boston
I can look back and laugh about that traumatic moment, because now, I'm a confident, ripped 180-pound lifting machine. Confidence isn't a problem anymore. I no longer shake and worry about what other people think. I can lift as much weight as I want to and my self-esteem is through the roof.
What's so different now? The short answer is I've got muscle, but there's much more to it than that. The truth is, having muscle largely defines who I am as a man and how I feel about myself. A lot of people would say that's a sign of vanity, and that's fine. Call it what you want to, but if you've never been the smallest and weakest person in the room, you really can't understand exactly what it feels like.
Now when I walk into a room, people take notice.
I'll admit that those admiring looks are a major stroke to my ego. I'm a strong man, and without being pompous, I freely admit to genuinely enjoying it when people notice my arms straining at the sleeves of my cotton t-shirt.
I've developed and adopted directness in the way I deal with everyday situations. I'm not cocky; I'm self-assured. There's no doubt in my mind about what I can do and what I can accomplish, and I owe it all to my new physique.
As I've built muscle, I've gained strength, and the sense of liberation that has given my outlook in life has been extraordinary. I no longer fear certain social situations. I can go to a swimming pool now with the self-confidence of knowing that I look good. It helps knowing that a stout door or a particularly stiff breeze won't knock me over. That frees me to be myself.
My love life is better than it's ever been and now, women come up to me to strike up conversations, and not the other way around. Do you know how incredibly neat it is to have someone beautiful or handsome walk up to you and¡ speak? I'm sure I'm not the only one who's felt that way. You stand there, resisting the urge to glance over your shoulder to make sure they're talking to you.
My life has literally experienced a complete transformation.Gone forever is the shy, quiet, timid little wallflower that avoided any situation that required strength or partial nudity and in its place stands a man who is able to hold his head up and face whatever life wants to throw at me.
I might not always come out on top, but at least I'm no longer afraid to try.
While I realize that beauty is only skin deep, and what's inside is more important than what's outside, it's obvious that nevertheless, people in today's, and yesterday's, societies do judge people by their covers. First impressions are lasting, and good or bad, that's just the way it is. That double-edged sword goes both ways. There are many heroes lingering in the bodies of what other people might consider wimpy, while there are many who lack self confidence and assurance in their abilities even though they're ripped to the core. It's all a matter of perspective, and how you feel about yourself will reflect on how you project yourself to others. If you feel good about yourself and how you look, your poise, confidence and 'can-do' attitude will shine through.
Whether you're 20 or 30, 40 or older, you can achieve physical fitness goals that you set for yourself if you maintain your determination and keep your thoughts focused on the end result.
I've worked hard ¨C damn hard. I've tried EVERYTHING. Show me a book about muscle building and I'll give you a copy from my own collection.
No doubt about it, building strength and muscle is hard work. I've tried every product on the market and as I finally started seeing results and as I started teaching others I saw patterns, shortcuts, roadblocks, techniques, and knowledge only one with experience can gain.
"Married and happier than ever!"
Dear James,
I just wanted to drop you a line and say THANK YOU!
I went from 220 pounds of, lets be real --fat, to 210 pounds of pure muscle! After my wife had our 2nd kid we both kind of let ourselves go a little. With the work, school, kids, I never had time to go to the gym.
Your book was a life saver. After I started hitting the weights and eating properly (all thanks to your book), I noticed a BIG difference. I have more energy, I FEEL better, I can lift both my kids in the air at the same time, my wife can't wait till I get home.
Really a life saver.
Thank you, Max, Texas.
"Finally some muscle!"
Dear James,
This is another satisfied customer. There's a pool near my college that always has a ton of people and I never had the confidence to go there because I'd have to take off my shirt and have everyone see my skinny legs and my skinny body. That really sucked too because it's always so hot here.
I'm like you, one day my friends wanted to go, but I didn't. So they just went without me. I knew something had to change...
Fast forward 4 months later, I've gained 15 pounds. My legs finally have some muscles on them. I'm starting to see biceps growing. I'm really excited. I've started eating right, and exercising right and things are finally coming together.
If you're ever in my area, be sure to let me know.
Kevin, California.

If you're willing to follow... I'LL LEAD, and together we'll have you gain as much muscle and strength as your body will allow. I won't teach you a bunch of theories how your muscles should work, or how your metabolism was designed to work... I WILL TEACH YOU WHAT WORKS. THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING... I've trained HUNDREDS of clients; I guarantee my system with a 100% money back guarantee, if you follow my lead and my system does not work for you, I won't charge you a penny!
But wait, What if you have bad genetics? What if you are different? What if you've tried going to to the gym and did not put on a single pound, or did not lose a single pound. Can my system still help you?
Surprisingly, a lot of people think they are "different." They took muscle gain pills, formulas, shakes, supplements, worked out, and nothing. They bought videos and books that gathered dust in their garage, they bought magical belts that shake their belly and... did not get a 6-pack, they tried everything. Something has to be different about them.
Here's my answer to your question, if you think you are different: YOU ARE NOT "DIFFERENT" AND YOU DON'T HAVE BAD GENETICS. I've been there, read that, done that, made those mistakes. I know what works, and I'll show you WHAT TO DO, WHEN TO DO IT, and HOW TO DO IT. Stop spending your money on useless products, I've already made those mistakes for you...
This isn't rocket science, and it certainly isn't voodoo. My results speak for themselves.
"No one to box against! "
James,
My man! I bought your book about 3 months ago and no one wants to box with me anymore, lol. I go to this real old skool gym, one ring, tons of people learning, tons of competition, tons of hot heads.
My coach has been patting himself on the back thinking it's all him who's improved me so much, lol. Yesterday I was in the ring and took some blows to the stomach, and I was like wow, I'm still standing. In another match I almost knocked someone out. I can feel myself improving! None of this I could do 3 months ago.
Thanks. Steve, New Jersey.
"People pay attention"
Hello,
Here's a testimonial for your website. I bought the book about 4 months ago. Whenever I'd go shopping I could never find clothes to fit me. Shirts would be too wide, pants too loose, nothing ever fit without me having tailored it.
Funny thing about your book, you're completely right. Once you get your body in order, you do start feeling better, looking better, smiling more. I've caught girls smiling at me as I pass them by. This one girl kept on hitting my arm and would just stand near me even when we ran out of conversation. I knew she was interested!
Did this ever happen 20 lbs ago? No. When I walk into a room, people notice me. When I have something to say I feel like people pay attention to me. This is really something else.
Best of luck with your book. John, Canada.
"Skinny to toned "
Here's my story:
I was hanging out with some friends at a local bar and started up a conversation with Ashley, a beautiful blonde probably in her mid 20s. Soon her friends came over, other hot women, and we all started talking. At some point, one of her friends said that I was just too skinny for Ashley, everyone laughed, which was no big deal, but the big deal was that no one, not Ashley, not even my friends, came to my defense.
Isn't it what's on the inside that counts? Towards the end of our conversation Ashley said something profound to me that I'll never forget, girls want someone to protect them. How can I possibly protect her if someone tries to mug her, or if someone breaks into her house? That's why she likes tall guys.
I went from skinny, to toned, to muscular in what feels like barely 3 months. I have yet to hear the objection that I'm too skinny.
I've already told my buddies about your book. :) Earl, New York.
